WELCOME TO THE BREAKFAST CLUB

Our own Sandra Fernandes is determined to help you start the day properly – ideally with a vanilla cream doughnut

When you join us at The Park for breakfast, you will likely see our colleague Sandra Fernandes. One of our illustrious floor managers, she is something of a breakfast superfan. A native of the Galicia region in northwest Spain, she often starts her day with toast and Serrano ham – although now that she is pregnant, she has switched to avocado. ‘I’m counting the days to be able to eat Serrano again,’ she says.

She moved to London after university and began working in hospitality. ‘I always heard great things about Mr King and how you all feel like a family,’ she says. ‘I can state now that it is nothing but the truth.’ At The Park, she is known for memorising guests’ favourite beverages, and she loves greeting them as they dine with us in different moments of their lives – business meetings, family gatherings, and more.

When she’s not at The Park, where she tends to order the BEC (bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel) and vanilla cream doughnut, she enjoys discovering new restaurants with her partner and friends. ‘I also love alone time,’ admits this social butterfly. ‘I will be home reading a book for hours on end.’ Next time you see her, do say hello.
