Low-alcohol cocktails are not just a trend, but a way of life, and here at The Park, they’re a passion. Sean Kelly, our beverage director, has devised zero-proof cocktails and alcohol-free drinks that could have coaxed even the perpetually-lubricated Sir Winston Churchill to try abstinence.

Spicy margarita-lovers will find no fault with the Caliente, crafted with Pentire Adrift, lime, chile-infused agave, and tajin. We’ve also been enjoying the Queen’s Wood, made of Everleaf Forest, Italian aperitivo, and light tonic.
