Tired of Dry January? Our Mardi Gras festivities on Tuesday, 17th February will make you forget the whole thing ever happened. Our cocktail aficionados have been stirring up new takes on New Orleans-style classics, all in the name of letting the good times roll.

Take in a performance from the band Brass Volcanoes with La Louisiane, made of Rittenhouse rye whiskey, Cocchi di Torino vermouth, benedictine, and bitters. Then move on to an Absinthe Suissesse, with La Fée Parisienne absinthe, Tempus Fugit crème de menthe blanc, orgeat almond syrup, and orange blossom water. Alternatively, the classic Hurricane—aged rum, lime and orange juice, passion fruit, and grenadine—never fails to deliver.
